Rochester, N.Y. — Officers are investigating a homicide that they say happened around 8:30 Saturday morning.
Rochester Police say a man was shot and killed in the area of North Goodman Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
Investigators believe the victim is in his 30s, and that this was not a random killing.
